Strong analytical skills to determine value of travel deals
Ability to draft clear and concise copy
Previous online experience
Sufficient proofreading skills

Interest in Marketing/Advertising
Familiarity with Excel and basic HTML skills a plus
Job Description
ShermansTravel.com, the web`s leading source for travel deals and destination advice, is looking for a marketing/advertising intern to work with the deals production team for 30 hours/week in our Midtown office. Internship should last for a minimum period of 4 months, and is available immediately.
This position will give the right candidate a strong introduction to web publishing, marketing, and advertising. Primary duties to include:
Posting/publishing content to the site
Q/Aing the website as needed
Searching the web for outstanding travel deals
Analyzing travel deals to determine their value
Writing copy for the website explaining the deal`s value
Writing updates to existing content as needed
